Repair – If a repair is needed on a necklace or bracelet, due to material failure within 6 months based on normal usage, it will be restrung at no charge. After 6 months, you will incur a small repair and shipping cost.

Return or Exchange - If you find that the jewelry is just not right for any reason, just contact me within 14 days of shipping for a return authorization code. The piece of jewelry must not have been worn or been misused and be in its original packaging. Please insure package for complete jewelry value. I cannot be responsible for lost returns.
